bar-farm Inshi

We've built the bar around the idea of the farm. In the spring of 2023, we've got a piece of land near Kyiv. There we began to grow true Ukrainian products on Ukrainian soils, and breed new/almost unknown varieties of corn, as well as tomatoes, garlic, parsnips, cucumbers, nuts, peppers, etc.

Farm

We take absolute care of what will be born on our little farm: we know everything about every small plant that we have and try to provide the perfect conditions, make everything with our own hands, and, what's even more important, add a lot of love to everything that we plant. The farm and the bar work in symbiosis. The spirit of our farm can be found in every corner of the bar. This is what is special about Inshi - the presence of local Ukrainian products in every cocktail, in every drink.

Vegetables

The mission of the Inshi bar is to promote the usage of local farm products not only in dishes (this is already happening) but also in drinks. In our opinion, vegetables have much more potential than just being a snack. Vegetables, as well as fruits, berries, herbs, and different types of mushrooms, can be turned into great drinks! Such drinks can open new horizons, refresh our vision, and erase stereotypes.
