For years, our team has been studying recipes and cooking traditions that were used in Ukrainian cuisine for generations. We preserved these traditions of our ancestors and complemented them with some modern details.
Our dishes are made from Ukrainian products only.
The Ukrainian land is extraordinary. It has the unstoppable energy of our people, their love and strength. Our black soil is unique. There's nothing like it in the whole world. Ukraine tells its unique history through its products, such as Transcarpathian brynza, southern watermelons, Kapustnyak (Sauerkraut soup) from Podil, kulish from Polissia, Dnieper fish and Dnieper verguns (airy donuts) with Donetsk sour cream, Galician coffee, beet kvass, Myrhorod lard, fruit distillate, honey and bee products, Zinkiv sausages and Poltava dumplings.
